We are very excited about our horse feed.  Common Sense 16 is an affordable pelleted feed that has all the qualities that performance horses to hobby horses can utilize. 

Kenny and I have been in the horse business for 30 years.  Over the years certain feed related concerns continued to plagued us in our business:  Inconsistancy, horses too high, digestive problems, poor mineral and vitamin package and horses just not doing well.  We've fed oats, c.o.b. and many other name brand horse feeds, all leaving us with a sense of dissatisfaction.  With that in mind, we started developing Common Sense Horse Feed about 3 years ago.  With the help of nutritionists, DVM's, and other horse professionals, we think we have come up with a great product.  We have been using this feed for 2 years and stand behind our product.

Common Sense 16 Horse Feed is made at York, Nebraska by Nutritional Services, owned by Ken Lorenzen.  Ken is a nutritionlist and a veternarian.  He provides us with expertise in both the composition and the nutrition of the feed.  With our feed only being made at Nutritional Services, we can control the quality of each and every bag of feed. 

Our mineral and vitamin package is second to none.  Common Sense 16 has a chelated mineral and vitamin package provided by Albion Animal Nutrition.  Chelated minerals are highly absorbable and provide essential trace minerals for neuro muscular activity, immune function, hormone production and energy utilization.
